研究方向:

以重要功能微生物为研究对象,基于“基因-蛋白-途径-细胞”等不同尺度展开基础和应用研究,具体方向包括:

1)微生物种质资源挖掘及菌群构建

2)微生物天然药物(酶)挖掘与改造

3)有机固废生物转化及资源化利用

4)复杂有机物的生物降解及机理研究
